Conditioning & Prep day camp is designed to make you workout, practice and feel like you’re at a AAA/Junior Main Camp.

INCLUDES:

*Up to 16 Ice times

• FHD T-Shirt, Shorts, water bottle & hat

• 2.5 hours on ice per day (1.5 hours tempo, rush, flow)(1 hour refined position specific skills)

• 1.25 hour off ice workout/activity (yoga, dryland/stride work/stick handling)

• 1.25 hour of mental performance/nutrition/motivational speaker per day

• 1.25 hours of proper dynamic warmup and cooldown techniques
